Set on a hilltop over Playa Flamingo, Dunama looks across miles of Guanacaste coastline from its pool deck. The swim-up bar and restaurant run happy-hour pricing for your whole stay, so guests can settle in while the views do the work. Best for: group portraits and a first round together.
Gracia Mar Vista - Brasilito Area
Gracia sits within the gated Mar Vista community in the hills between Brasilito and Flamingo — an architect-designed space with an infinity pool and a kitchen known for globally inspired dishes built on local Guanacaste ingredients. Las Brisas - Potrero Beach
On the sand at Playa Potrero since around 1950, Las Brisas is a family-run local institution from the Peralta Abarca family. Expect traditional Costa Rican cooking, a DJ and dance floor, and a sunset bonfire when the weather allows. Best for: the closing stop, when the dancing starts.
